The Frost Clarinet Choir is open by audition, to all clarinetists. The Clarinet Choir performs original compositions as well as transcriptions, many by Frost School of Music faculty and students. Instrumentation ranges from quartets to large ensembles with the full clarinet family, from Eb Clarinet to Contrabass.
Concerts occur each semester on campus, as well as off-campus at venues such as Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. The Clarinet Choir is also a major part of Frost Single Reed Day, held on campus each Fall.
